Ok, thanks guys for the tips,
I'm a Russian living in Dar es Salaam,Tanzania, with a Tanzanian
passport. The universities here don't provide much in the computer
field and i once went to checkout what they offer, I saw that I knew
about half of what they offer. I don't want to go to Russia for
university because of my own reasons. I was particularly checking
abroad like USA, Canada, South Africa, Malaysia etc. Also, I prefer an
inexpensive one somewhere $10,000 py.
