Most of the Mobile malware is platform specific with the vast majority written to target Symbian (especially versions prior to 3.0). If you are looking for something universal there are 1 or 2 Java based mobile malware, such as Redbrowser ( http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/redbrowser_a.shtml ) - not sure where you will actually get a sample easily however Robert McArdle ----------------------------------------------------------- http://www.linkedin.com/in/robertmcardle http://robertmcardle.blogspot.com/ On Sat, Sep 12, 2009 at 12:30 PM, Gleb Paharenko <gpaharenko () gmail com> wrote:
Hi!Does anyone know if there are universal ones that can work on almost all cell phone models ?IMHO, it is very difficult to make "universal things" :) But for Symbian or Windows mobile based gadgets a development environments probably should exist. 2009/9/3 Terry Cutler <jedi31337 () gmail com>:Hi everyone, hope you're having a great week. Does anyone know where I can experiment with Cell phones viruses such as install / removing the code ? Does anyone know if there are universal ones that can work on almost all cell phone models ? One of my test phones is a Siemens model A5.
