Ok, is not an advanced course but also not an introductory one.

You are right, you will learn cool stuff like arp|dns spoofing,
crawling, shell programming, basic web attacks (directory traversal,
SQL Injection)

The first modules are basics and definitely you will understand them
without problems, Muts (instructor) has very good skills as a trainer.
The top of this course is Stack Overflows and there is where you could
get lost, specially because there are many topics related.

The think is that the exam is not only about basic stuff.

You can go to training page and download the brochure where you will
find the requirements, if you feel good then go for it!!!!!!

Definitely, any course will give you a new learned experience.
