[tool] UCSniff 2.0 with IP video support

VIPER Lab is excited to release UCSniff 2.0!

UCSniff now supports IP video sniffer / eavesdropping functionality.  You can see sample captured video and screen 
shots on the sf.net website.  UCSniff captures and decodes the H.264 codec video frames and places them into an avi 
container, that can be played by standard media players such as VLC and mplayer.  BT3 Linux is preferred to run 
UCSniff, of course.
