Cisco Integrated Devices

We are considering one of Cisco's 18xx integrated router/firwall/IDS devices for remote offices. My pirmary concern is 
with having all the security features performed in the router. 

Anyone have any known vulnerabilities or issues with the overall design other than the couple of known IOS patches that 
Cisco has published?
