The term is ambiguous in my opinion you'll need to ask the person who
said it to define what they mean.

Some use it to mean a team that moves around during a test, testing
from different locations; usually used against wireless networks.
Most use it to mean a test against wireless devices.  Mobile devices
that is.  Cell phones mostly, but I guess you could include laptops in
there.
