Great ideas if you do not need them within a short timeframe.

A complete DB will take you a long time to generate and your CPU will be
running at 100% load for a few weeks if not months depending on the table
you generate.

Instead of downloading the rainbow tables, why not just generate your
own?  Download Winrtgen from http://www.oxid.it/downloads/winrtgen.zip
