Thank you all for your ideas. There seems to be a lack of fuzzers for the following protocols: MAPI, IPv6 stack, irc, OSPF, BGP, Citrix ICA, MS RDP, RSS. I'll end up with LLDP (thanks EV for the idea), it looks like a pretty new protocol with a lot of potential and no existing fuzzer. I will of course be using Python, most likely with the Scapy module.
