Also FWIW, I installed FreeMind and the FreeMind browser on my own web server, and added the pen-test .mm file in there. By doing so, I get java browseability of the map, meaning I can expand and collapse the groups. There's a slight delay loading the map while the JRE loads, but it isn't anything major.
Togg, any chance you'd be willing to do that? The browser is available here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7118
It might work better so you aren't having to gen the html file constantly, and I kind of like the interface better than the static linked page. It is read only, so it's not like people will be randomly updating the thing.
