Try to find the particular versions of different services and patch levels of the systems. They seem to be Windows based on the ports that are open. Using a tool like Nessus could tell you some of what is vulnerable. On the network side of things, if spanning tree is running, you could use a tool like yersinia to become the root bridge. You can use Cain and Able to perform a MITM attack to see all traffic between one or more hosts. Make sure sure to check out the trust relationships between different computers and figure out how you can exploit that. If you have layer 2 access, the possiblities are endless.... Hey all, The project is to pentest via wireless access, testing for passwords, usernames and logins to the network, via domain access and logging in directly to a pc on the network. So far we have access to the router via default configuration, access to a few host shared folder but we are stuck there. Host running winxp, open ports on some of the internal host are, tcp (110, 135, 139, 445)udp (123, 137, 138, 445, 1900). Is there a way to get further from here. As of right now we left ethereal running to gather some information.
