Sniff the traffic and check out the HTTP header. You will probably find something to the effect of "MicrosoftSharePointTeamServices". This technique isn't incredibly accurate since I have heard that Team Services running without Sharepoint appears the same, but it will provide evidence that there is more than just IIS running.
