You may want to check out TRIPP http://tripp.dynalias.org/ TRIPP is a utility to rewrite outgoing IP packets. It is pre-pre-alpha (whatever that is... ;)), but it worked for me in my fairly basic tests (rewriting parts of outgoing tcp packets) On 6/12/05, Rajeev Kapoor <raj_kap99 () yahoo com> wrote:
Dear friends, thanks a lot for replies in "HTTPS redirect tool thread", here i am with one more request. i am looking for a tool like Fport, but with the additional functionality that it should be able to modify data using rules. i could find ITR (interactive tcp relay), but i am looking a tool where i can predefine the data to be modified. For example, i could change maxlen=20 to maxlen=200 on the fly. The tool should work for all type of traffic, not just HTTP. And if I can spice up my wish list, there must be a way to Modify binary data also (may be by specifying ASCII values) Is someone aware of such tool/ or is working on tool.
