Hi

Maby the conf of the host has changed quickly:-)... it can be possible.
Ok, seriously, it can be caused if packet is routed different in
internal network.
Then when packet comes back, it has the ip of gateway of that(target)
network, but ttl is different cuz some host has different value than
the "author" of the first response.
