[PEN-TEST] Flooding with sweep TCP RST

Hello,

Our network is under some sort of attack with TCP 
RST packets sent from a static IP adress to one of 
our IP adresses, sweeping all ports.

This caused the firewall to crash and to remain 
hanged up until we power off and on.

Does anybody knows such a tool?
