Not really, since it is very similiar to the SANS/GIAC
certification.  Subject matter
Some of the subject matter material is being written by some of the people
who participate on the list.
ISC is looking for people to assist them in drafting testing
material.  They have some associations with the specific vendors (i.e. HP,
Sun).
