I have been asked to test a system that is running MacOS-9. From what I know of (through checking the "wall closets" on my way out) they have a Cisco PIX-520 Firewall with a DMZ setup... Does anyone have any experience with penetrating Mac systems or can anyone point me to any resources that might assist me? by default, macOS9 still uses cleartext passwords, so therefore if you are on a lan such as novel or NT with macintosh clients, you can sniff out the passwords on the network. the link for freaky static users was given a couple of threads ago, and is by far the best macintosh "hack" resource available.... there is also a site of from l0pht but it is a little outdated. chris
