[PEN-TEST] Remote VNC Installation

I have admin on a remote NT box and am wanting to remotely install VNC such that it will not ask for a password to be set once it's started. I followed the instructions laid out in "Hacking Exposed" but that didn't work. It still wants a password, even after I added the registry settings beforehand which contain all the info. I even rebooted the server using BO2K thinking that would do it but to no avail. Any ideas?
