Honeyport - Powershell edition

I created a powershell version of the Windows honeyport that John Strand
presented here:

It creates  a local listener on the port of your choosing, and when a
connection is established it adds a local block firewall rule.

This version is nice because is has a built-in listener.  Any feedback is
appreciated.
