Quick and dirty post before I head out for the day: I've been playing
around with the script and the location service and I've made some
improvements. The script should tell you if the MAC address is
actually within Google's database. I think the service falls back to
trying to Geolocate you via your IP

There are already some more improvements in the works, but it should
work for now:
