Vulnerability Analysis Reports Recommendations

Hi All,
  I am currently trying to gather a list of
reports/papers/presentations on the breakdown of disclosed software
vulnerabilities.
  Does anyone have any good recommendations of breakdowns of
vulnerabilities from Bugtraq or CVE etc?
  For example, a report which summarises the number of vulnerabilities
disclosed for a particular vulnerability type, or a breakdown of
vulnerability type per software category etc?
