Windows 7 Homegroup security analysis

Has anyone done an analysis of the security in Win 7 homegroups?  I
did a few minutes of searching but I don't get much.  General overview
stuff from Technet.

I've actually seems it implemented in an office environment and on the
surface it seems to "work" but I've not looked at the traffic.

Thoughts/Observations/Rants/Raves?
