GPS Tracking with Cellular SMS Messaging

The entire point of wholesale is that the price is lower because you're
buying lots.  Maybe you could get some like-minded individuals together
to order whatever the minimum number is to get wholesale pricing.

Or you could social engineer somebody.  But that's kind of a dick move.
