Testing procedures for a good WiFi card

Sounds good, but how would I test it? Something simple from the command line
of a Backtrack boot cd.

Test master mode too

Hi All,
Since it can be a pain to find a good WiFi card, what with vendors
changing chip sets so often, I thought maybe should do a video on
selecting
a good card. For example, you are thinking of buying a used one from a
friend, but wish for an easy way to test it first. What would be good
testing procedures should I run them through?

Obviously, test monitor mode with:

ifconfig wlan0 down
iwconfig wlan0 mode monitor channel 9
ifconfig wlan0 up
tcpdump -i wlan0 -s 0 -w /media/mmc1/montest.pcap

or

airmon-ng <start|stop> <interface> [channel]

Then test injection with:

aireplay-ng -9 <interface>

What else?

Thanks,
Adrian
