CVE-2010-4161 kernel: rhel5 backport of 93821778 caused deadlock

This can be triggered using Dan's reproducer for CVE-2010-4158. The 
issue was introduced in 93821778def10ec1e69aa3ac10adee975dad4ff3 and was 
fixed in fda9ef5d679b07c9d9097aaf6ef7f069d794a8f9. This is assigned with 
CVE-2010-4161. This was mentioned in
