Running nmap on a memory limited environment

Hi there,

I'm trying to run nmap on a memory limited server (with ulimit on memory and cpu), I will need to tune the nmap startup 
parameters to reduce resource usage.

- What should I use to do that?
- What is the default value of min-hostgroup and scan delay parametr?
