Scan fails - Win10 1909, nmap 7.90, npcap 1.00

nmap -T4 -A -v 10.5.0.0/24

Fails with:

Ran this through zenmap.

Machine is Dell Latitude 5400 on a Dell USB C docking station, which has a
Realtek USB GbE family NIC.
