nping ipv6 mode don't echo reply packet

Hello nmap devs,

This is my first email in this mailing list, so I'm going to introduce my
self.
My name is Artem Egorenkov. I've recently joined Red Hat and just starting
my journey as an opensource contributor. I have a good experience as a Java
developer and I'm fairly new to C/C++ and Linux development.

I've prepared a PR on GitHub for the issue I've opened.
The problem there was that IPv6 TCP ping always showed 100% Loss.
