First attempt at contribution

Hello All,

       I have a couple of scripts for ws-man and Redfish discovery that I put together but I need a little help still.  
What does it take to properly submit the scripts for being included?  Second since these are discovery scripts based on 
HTTP and HTTPS what are thoughts on always running these scripts under the default script scan or backing them down to 
something like intrusive?
