Nmap issue

Hi,

I have an issue with downloading nmap on Kali Linux running as Windows 10 subsystem.

I tried running sudo apt-get install nmap and got error while unpacking downloaded .deb package. Windows reported 
package to be a Trojan threat and quarantined it.

Can you please tell me, am I doing something wrong or have I just discovered an issue?
