How to switch ZenMap GUI to english GUI/menus)?

When I double click (in an english Win 7) onto ZenMap.exe then all the menues and dialogs are currently in german 
language.

How can I tell ZenMap to use english menues and dialogs?

Is there a cmdline parameter?
