HTTP scripts caching

Hey guys, I noticed that if we call http-* scripts, the nse engine makes separate http requests for the same url from different scripts. Is there a way to reuse the HTTP response somehow? I am an NSE newbie - but I imagine some sort of internal cache might help. Also, is there a way to use the response of PTR record lookup and pass the domain name to other scripts like whois and http-*. Thanks for your contributions to nmap! May be if there is a feature request to address this issue, I can contribute back. Zack
