Hi Murali,

Npcap's latest SDK is Npcap SDK 0.07 r9, as documented here:
https://github.com/nmap/npcap#development-kit. The SDK zip has a Lib
folder, which contains the x86 wpcap.lib and Packet.lib files. The x64
folder contains the x86-64 lib files.
