There is a way to automate this as a workaround for now:

You can use a separate script that monitors Ncrack's output (the script
will work differently depending on what kind of system you are running
Ncrack on) and check for output inactivity - this is the case where Ncrack
doesn't print anything for say more than 5 minutes (time may vary but 5m
should be enough). If it does that, send the SIGINT signal (Ctrl+C) and
then restart Ncrack using the --resume switch with the session file that
was just created.

yes but i can't do that manually all the time,is there a trick to set?i
wana do everything AUTOIMATICALLY i atack 10 rdp's at once...i can't be
here day and night is there a script or something? so when i receive that
errors , ncrack stops wait 10 sec. and then resume ?

I am not sure why this happens - it may have to do with the attacked
system suddenly going offline - but if you press ctrl+C, then Ncrack should
leave a resume file which will let you continue your session later when the
system is back online using the --resume command-line option and the file
that was created.
