Thanks again for reporting this. Have you had any more trouble after the 7.12 release? Most importantly, are you continuing to have trouble with the GtkWarning when closing Zenmap? We are tracking this issue at http://issues.nmap.org/344 , so if the problem has been resolved, please let us know so we can close the tracking ticket.
