Speeding up tftp-enum

Hello,
I did some improvements on tftp-enum.nse as suggested in the github issue #116.I added a timeout of 1000 milliseconds 
to the receive call in order to avoid long periods of waiting time in case the expected UDP packet was lost.I also 
added 3 retries in case we get timeouts.A coroutine was also introduced to serve file names.
