Traceroute bug!

Dear Team,

I am using NMAP 6.49Beta2 on Windows 8.1 Pro.

I have faced this issue a couple of times for different IP addresses. NMAP
gets confused for some destinations and print out the 2nd hop for its say
17th hop again by mistake. I have pasted the output of NMAP and CMD for
your reference.
