Hi list,

I am Gyanendra Mishra and I am studying Computer Science and Engineering at
Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India. I will be
hacking on the Nmap Scripting Engine this summer. I will focus on adding
new scripts mainly related to Web Scanning.

In the past few months I have gained some scripting experience with NSE and
Lua but I haven't done much in the last few days as I have my end semester
exams going on. The good news is that these exams will get over by the 14th
and I should be home by the 15th of May.

 Accomplishments :
 * Exchanged few emails with my mentor Bonsaiviking.
 * Went through the script ideas page again.
 * Went through the issue tracker.
 *  Read some documentation.

Priorities:
* Fix time and day for weekly meetings with my mentor.
* Discuss and decide what scripts need to written and in what order.
*  Read more NSE code.
*  Get done with exams.
* Blog about status report 1.

I am open to script ideas. You can find a list of my script ideas in my
proposal here[1]. You can find me on my GitHub[2], Tumblog[3] or on
Twitter[4]. I go by the nick `gyani` on freenode.

Gyani
