Jacob, Thanks for this bug report! This error comes from a Python binary that was not built with zlib (zip) support. I am fairly certain that the Python we bundle *does* have this support, so maybe our app is using your system's Python instead of the bundled one. Can you provide the output of these commands?: which python python -c 'import zlib; print zlib.__version__' I will work on figuring out how to ensure that the Zenmap app uses the bundled Python instead of the system Python.
