dnsbl.lua returns false positive for all checks to dnsbl.ahbl.org.

According to this post on AHBL's blog, all queries to dnsbl.ahbl.org
return a positive response:
http://ahbl.org/content/last-notice-wildcarding-services-jan-1st

I have scrubbed any reference to the ahbl.org check in both
nselib/dnsbl.lua and scripts/dns-blacklist.nse and have attached the patch.
