Hi all,

This is my second SoC tour since GSoC 2013, and position is still the
"WinPcap developer (low-level Windows expert)". Feel very excited to
work with fyodor and you guys again!



Accomplishments:

* Setup the Visual Studio 2013 & Windows Driver Kit 8.1 for NPcap
development. Compile my latest source code (for release
winpcap-nmap-4.1.3-NDIS6-1.2.0.exe) and no errors.

Priorities:
* Look into the new driver certificate issue for Windows 10 drivers
and figure out how to apply a new license for NPcap.

* Test recent NPcap on Windows 10 Technical Preview.

* Have a meeting with fyodor for the next step.
