NO scan result

Hello Team,


Previously i have used nmap and it gives result to any internal IP or
External IP .

But right now i am using windows 8.1 and namp version  6.45 and i have run
a quick scan for a internal IP but even after waiting for a long time , it
give no result ( it only shows that it,s running the scan .... )

Same result with the latest version .
