nmap 6.45 zenmap issue on macbook pro maverick 10.9.2

anyone else experiencing this ?.
I'm having trouble getting Zenmap to run.
OS X 10.9.2
nmap 6.45

Via launchapd opening zenmap got his message which is the same if I do it
from the command line
"Zenmap wants to make some changes." and prompts for
an administrator password

PaisaBegood%  open /Applications/Zenmap.app
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file
/Applications/Zenmap.app

Note this error comes after I declined to login via my asking admin password

nmap work, I  was doing the heartbleed test. seemded doing fine till this
message
nsock CONNECT response with status TIMEOUT - aborting this service

command executed

nmap -d --script ssl-heartbleed --script-args vulns.showall -sV
192.168.0.0/24 -oA heartbleed-%y%m%d

resulted in

-rw-r--r--  1 paisa  pa 20827 17 Apr 11:52 heartbleed-140417.gnmap

-rw-r--r--  1 paisa  pa  32085 17 Apr 11:52 heartbleed-140417.nmap

-rw-r--r--  1 paisa  pa  61671 17 Apr 12:22 heartbleed-140417.xml
seemed to happen before in previous versions

the advice remove I've dont that already and resintalled. the nmap 6.45.
zenmap is back message is still the same
