Issue With nmap 5.21-1 Version

Hi Team,

I 'm using nmap 5.21 verion to scan all my ports after that one of my
service is getting affected, I'm not able to login but after this if I do

 stop tomcat -> service activemq restart -> start tomcat

 it is working fine. Where as if I'm using 6.40 version there is no
problem.

Can I know is there any relation between nmap and activemq which is causing
the problem which is fixed in 6.40 version?
