[Patch] Exclude-ports option

This patch adds an --exclude-ports option, similar to --exclude for hosts,
which removes the given port(s) from any port lists Nmap is scanning with.
It comes in handy in environments where certain services need to be
blacklisted from an otherwise full port scan (this can be done through
other means, of course, but this can give some more flexibility and peace
of mind).
