problem with ncat.exe under Windows XP

Ncat version 5.21 works with the command line: "ncat.exe -l -p 12345".

Ncat version 6.40, with the same command line, gives the error message"Ncat: socket: An address incompatible with the requested protocol wasused. QUITTING."
