Well, there a several C99 features in the test .c-sources.
But they are not important for the core programs; nmap, ncat, ndiff etc.

I forgot that I had option '-TP' set for ncat/src/*.c (compile as as C). So yes,
there are some more C99-features in ncat (esp. in the new socks5 code). Try and
see for  yourself. Use 'gcc -std=c89' or something if you don't have MSVC v16.
