Is there a way to have nmap read in a list of ports to scan from a
file similar to the way you can read a list of IPs to scan via the -iL
flag? I have a list of specific IPs and ports that I want to scan,
e.g. 1.2.3.4:80, 2.3.4.5:443. Is there an easy way I can run a scan
against a few hundred IPs that will only scan for a specific port on a
specific IP where the IP/port combination is different for each IP?

No, there's no easy way to do that.
