Feature request NSE ssl-cert

Is it possible to get an
   date Argument (eg.: 2014-01-01 23:59:59)
to test against the date received in
  Not valid after:  2013-04-01 23:59:59

The goal is to check all SSL certificates on my network to see if we have
to renew them
