It might matter if you are doing script scanning, for example. The workaround for this problem is probably to scan 192.168.1.1-255 instead of 192.168.1.1/24. However it will help if you can run some commands so that we can find the cause of this error.
I found the cause of this; it was a bug that is fixed in r30005. Until the next release, you can use the workaround mentioned above. It appears to be only addresses that end in .0 that are the problem.
