Nmap Error

Hey there, I'm not a sec pro or anything, but I was just messing around
with ZenMap a little bit and ran into this error while attempting to scan
two specific IP's. I found a page on the site describing a similar error,
but it didn't seem to be resolved, so I figured more data might help. I'm
running Windows 8 64-bit.

Error output: Strange connect error from 128.255.213.90 (10048): Only one
usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally
permitted. Assertion failed: 0, file src\nsock_core.c, line 364

Running default Slow comprehensive scan using the Zenmap GUI.
v6.01

I know you probably hear this all the time, but I really appreciate what
you do. I've been following development since I was in middle school. Money
was pretty tight when I was a kid, but when my birthday came around I was
allowed to pick one present. In high school I chose your book as my only
present. It was well worth it. It's one of 3 books I brought with me to
college. You taught me things I would never have had the chance to learn in
school and they ended up getting me a half decent job in IT for my
University. One that lets me support myself and focus on my studies. If it
wasn't for the knowledge you and the community you created gave me, my life
would be significantly more difficult. Basically, I just want to say that
I truly appreciate your time and hard work. Keep it up.

Thanks
